Postage Packaging and the Environment:

Awesome Chalk Bags uses 100% biodegradable and compostable mailing satchels and packing tape. Unfortunately label envelopes are still not biodegradable - we are searching for a suitable replacement.

Australian Shipping Fees:

Australian Orders are shipped using Australia Post.

• Standard Parcel: $8AU
• Express Post: $15AU

International Shipping Fees:

International Orders will be shipped using Australia Post International Standard Parcel.

• USA and Canada $20AU
• Hong Kong $20AU
• New Zealand, Singapore $16AU
• Unfortunately we cannot post to the UK or Europe due to VAT registration, accounting and administration being too costly to manage for a tiny website. If you are from the UK you can purchase an Awesome Chalk Bag from my Etsy Website www.awesomechalkbags.etsy.com 

Postal Service Delays:

Currently there is world wide pressure on postal services, which can cause unintentional and unforeseen delays in delivery. Awesome Chalk Bags is not responsible for delivery delays due to postal service or customs delays.

Orders will not be considered lost until 90 days after acceptance by Australia Post.

Expected Delivery Timeframes:

• Australian Customers can expect delivery in 3-15 working days.
• International Customers can expect delivery in 2-12 weeks.
